What are your fees?
Fees are billed on an hourly basis and currently range from $195 to $245 per hour, depending on the service provider. Sessions run 50 to 55 minutes. Services are tax deductible but are not covered by OHIP.
Do you work with insurance?
Most clients pay at the time of service and submit receipts to their private insurer for reimbursement. Direct billing is available for WSIB and some third-party funded clients.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes. We offer secure, encrypted video sessions across Ontario, with the same evidence-based care as our in-person appointments, plus flexible scheduling including evenings.

Are you accepting new clients?
Yes. Most of our clinicians are accepting new clients across our Milton, Burlington, and Oakville offices and virtually. A few are waitlist-only, and we will always point you to the best available fit.
